TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL INFORMATION
- The participation fee for the Filmmaking Workshop in Madeira is €2800.
- A deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to confirm participation. Alternatively, the full amount can be paid upfront.
- Participants will receive an invoice upon registration.
- There are no cancellation options; all payments are final and non-refundable.
LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Each participant is responsible for their own travel arrangements, including flights and travel insurance.
- The organizers are not liable for any personal injuries, lost items, or damages incurred during the workshop.
- During the two contest days when rental cars are provided, each group is fully responsible for any damages not covered by the car rental company. Participants must handle any costs for such damages individually.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
- 5 nights of accommodation in a private villa with a pool
- Daily breakfast and group cooking sessions for lunch and dinner (with flexibility for individual preferences)
- Expert-led workshops on filmmaking, storytelling, editing, drones, social media strategies, and more
- Contest with prizes worth over €4000
- 2 days of car rental for content creation and exploration
- Airport transfers to and from the accommodation
NOT INCLUDED
- Flights to and from Madeira
- Travel insurance
- Any damages to rental cars not covered by the rental company
- Personal expenses (e.g., souvenirs, additional meals, drinks, or snacks outside provided meals)
- Any extra activities or excursions outside of the workshop schedule
